Puchok

Coriander of the "Puchok" variety is an aromatic herbaceous plant with a compact bush reaching 80 to 120 cm in height. The plant's leaves are dark green, large, and lobed, with a strong, distinct flavor and aroma. This variety is medium-maturing, with a vegetation period of 35 to 45 days after germination. Coriander is resistant to major diseases and can withstand temperatures down to -4°C, ensuring a stable yield when grown under various climatic conditions. It thrives in sunny locations with any type of soil, making it adaptable and easy to cultivate. From one square meter, you can harvest 1000 to 1800 grams of fresh greens per season. "Puchok" coriander is suitable for fresh use, as well as for drying, pickling, and freezing, expanding its culinary applications. Fresh coriander has beneficial nutritional properties: low caloric content (about 40 kcal per 100 g), with moderate amounts of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Produced in Ukraine by LLC "Miro Group" without GMOs. Recommended storage temperature is 2 to 8°C; fresh greens can be stored for up to 10 days, preserving their freshness and aroma for further use.
