Coriander variety STIMUL is an annual plant from the celery family, characterized by a compact and densely leafy rosette with a height of 25-30 cm. The leaves are large, dark green, glossy, and deeply cut, giving the plant an attractive appearance and high aromaticity. The plant mass varies from 20 to 40 grams, and the yield of greens reaches 1.5-1.7 kg per square meter. The variety is drought-resistant and features rapid regrowth of fresh greens, making it convenient for growing in various conditions, including windowsills and garden plots with sunny lighting. STIMUL is a late-maturing variety with a period from germination to green harvesting of 35-45 days, while seed ripening occurs after 105-120 days. The plant prefers heat-loving and light-loving conditions and requires abundant watering to obtain juicy and high-quality greens. The stem is upright, hairless, and reaches a height of 40-70 cm with a branched upper part. The leaves have a deeply dissected structure with serrated edges and long petioles, which facilitates the harvesting and use of greens. Coriander STIMUL is widely used in cooking thanks to its spicy and aromatic qualities. Young shoots and leaves are used fresh for preparing salads, while dried leaves and mature seeds serve as a spicy seasoning for meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, and are also added to marinades, sauces, and spice mixes. Additionally, the plant has beneficial properties: antiseptic, choleretic, and pain-relieving effects, promotes improved digestion and cleansing of the body from toxins.
