DALNIY is an early-maturing dill variety intended for growing early greens and spices. From germination to harvest takes about 38-40 days, allowing for fresh greens to be obtained in a short time. The rosette of the plant is semi-upright, 21-25 cm high, with 5-7 medium-sized leaves, 12 cm long and 11 cm wide. Leaves have a rich green color with a slight waxy coating, giving them a fresh and attractive appearance. Greens regrow quickly after cutting, which ensures the possibility of multiple harvests per season. Sowing the DALNIY dill is recommended in open ground in late April - early May, as well as winter sowing is possible. To obtain a stable yield, multiple spring-summer sowings with an interval of 10-12 days are used. Seeds are sown at a depth of 1-2 cm in well-cultivated, neutral in acidity soils, preferably loamy or light loam. The variety is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and pests, as well as resistance to lodging, which contributes to maintaining the quality and quantity of the yield. The yield of the DALNIY variety is 2.0-2.5 kg per square meter. Thanks to its characteristics, dill is widely used for drying, freezing, preparing various spices, as well as for pickling and marinating. High yield and accelerated formation of greens make this variety an excellent choice for growing both in personal farms and for commercial purposes.
