POSTRELENOK

Cucumber of the "Postrelenok" variety is a parthenocarpic hybrid intended for cultivation in open and protected ground. This mid-early variety is distinguished by its early maturity — fruits are ready for harvest as early as 38-42 days after germination. The plant is indeterminate, strong-growing, with female-type flowering and cluster arrangement of ovaries, which contributes to high yield. The cucumbers have a cylindrical shape, 8-10 cm long, green in color with short light stripes and slight mottling, covered with small bumps and white down. Fruit weight is 75-88 grams.

The hybrid is characterized by high commercial yield, reaching 364-443 centners per hectare, and resistance to a range of diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, downy mildew, and root rots. Strong, well-branched plants ensure a stable and abundant harvest. The fruit flesh is dense, light green, aromatic, and crunchy, making the cucumbers suitable for both fresh consumption and preservation.

"Postrelenok" seeds are suitable for sowing as seedlings in April-May and have an agronomic shelf life of up to 7 years. Due to the parthenocarpic flowering type, fruits form without pollination, simplifying cultivation and making the variety convenient for novice gardeners. The versatility of the variety allows successful cultivation under various climatic conditions, ensuring a stable yield and high fruit quality.
