KROSHCHKA

Kroshchka — ultra-early, parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid with exclusively female flowering, intended for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses. Fruit production begins 37-44 days after mass seedling emergence. The plant is medium-vining and exhibits high yield: with multiple harvests, total marketable yield reaches up to 18 kg/m² in open ground and up to 32 kg/m² in covered conditions.

The Kroshchka cucumber fruits are oval-cylindrical, bright green with small bumps and white fuzz. They are firm, crisp, free of bitterness and hollows, measuring 8-8.5 cm in length and weighing approximately 74-90 g. Due to their thin skin and excellent flavor, these cucumbers are ideal for fresh consumption, pickling, salting, and preparing the traditional dish okroshka.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major cucumber diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus, true and false powdery mildew, olive and target leaf spot, as well as vein yellowing virus. This makes Kroshchka a reliable choice for gardeners aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality harvest.
