Cucumber Crunchy is an early-maturing, high-yielding parthenocarpic hybrid, suitable for cultivation in open fields, greenhouses, and under plastic coverings. The period from germination to the start of fruit harvest is 40-48 days. Plants have an exclusively female flowering type with cluster inflorescence, promoting high fruit set. The average number of female flowers per node reaches 4-6, and the plants exhibit moderate branching.

The fruits of cucumber Crunchy are cylindrical, finely ribbed, white-haired, 7-10 cm long, and weigh approximately 85-95 g. They feature a crunchy texture, pleasant taste, and absence of bitterness, making them ideal for fresh consumption and preservation. The hybrid is valued for its stable and high yield, which can reach 10.9-18 kg per square meter.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major cucumber diseases such as cladosporiosis, cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), powdery mildew (PM), and downy mildew (DM). For successful cultivation, sow in May at a depth of 2-3 cm, followed by transplanting into well-heated soil (25-30°C) at a spacing of 30x70 cm, when the risk of late frosts is eliminated.
