Description K 350
Corn K 350 is a medium-maturing, simple inter-row hybrid with FAO 350, developed by MAIS. This hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 155 centners per hectare, and is intended for cultivation both as grain and silage. Plants reach a height of 220 to 260 cm, have dent-shaped yellow kernels with a 1000-kernel weight of 320–340 g and a milling yield of approximately 80–82%. The hybrid exhibits rapid moisture release during ripening, facilitating harvest and reducing yield losses.

K 350 possesses high resistance to stress conditions, including drought and heat, as confirmed by ratings on a 9-point scale. It also demonstrates high resistance to diseases such as common rust and downy mildew, as well as pests such as corn borer. High initial growth rate and seedling resistance to short-term cold ensure reliable plant development even with early planting dates.

The hybrid successfully grows in various climatic zones, including the Southern and Northern Steppes, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia, where the vegetation period ranges from 109 to 123 days. Thanks to its adaptability and stable yield, K 350 is suitable for use in diverse agronomic conditions, providing high-quality feed and grain for agricultural purposes.
