The hybrid maize DS1304C is a high-yielding simple hybrid with dent kernel type and mid-late maturity group (FAO 350). It features excellent early growth and good grain quality, ensuring high grain yield potential ranging from 11 to 14.8 tons per hectare. DS1304C is suitable for conventional cultivation methods and recommended for growing in various agro-climatic zones, including forest-steppe, polonaise, and steppe.

One of the key features of this hybrid is its high tolerance to stalk diseases, reaching nearly maximum scores on the 9-point scale, as well as good resistance to helminthosporium. The hybrid demonstrates excellent drought tolerance and efficient water use, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under limited moisture conditions and on irrigated lands.

Cultivation recommendations include the use of post-emergence herbicides according to crop development stages, as well as optimal sowing times — early and optimal, while late sowing is not recommended. Recommended planting density varies depending on conditions: 50-55 thousand plants per hectare under unfavorable conditions, 60-65 thousand plants per hectare under favorable conditions.
