The leaf rosette reaches harvest readiness 25-28 days after seedling germination, with a rosette height of 25-27 cm and a bush height of 65-75 cm. Thanks to its cold hardiness, sowing can be done as early as the first decade of May, as well as under winter for early vitamin greens.

The leaves of Coriander Lush Person are medium-sized, smooth with a dissected edge, very tender and juicy.
