Chrysanthemum Coral Bouquet

A Product of Ukrainian Expertise

The 'Koralove namysto' (Coral Necklace) chrysanthemum is a flagship variety from the Pryluky Experimental Station of the Institute of Horticulture (UAAS). Established as a staple of Ukrainian floriculture, this bush-type chrysanthemum has earned a reputation for its reliability and distinct aesthetic. It is a go-to choice for growers who prioritize consistent, high-quality blooms without the volatility associated with more exotic, high-maintenance hybrids.

Key Botanical Features

The variety is defined by its pompon-type inflorescences. Each bloom (5–10 cm in diameter) features a striking red, bicolor pattern, providing a sophisticated look for professional displays. A notable feature is its lack of scent, making it an excellent candidate for indoor floral arrangements where fragrance sensitivity is a consideration. With a vase life extending from 10 to 20 days, it offers substantial endurance for cut flower markets.

Application and Cultivation

• Commercial Cut Flower: Its structural integrity and uniform growth make it a highly desirable candidate for professional floristry.
• Landscape Gardening: As a bush-type plant, it excels in sunny locations, providing vibrant patches of color for garden beds and borders.
• Container Gardening: The plant's architecture is perfectly suited for pots and planters, offering flexibility for patios and balconies.

For those seeking a proven, resilient variety that thrives in sun-drenched environments, 'Koralove namysto' represents a blend of traditional breeding excellence and modern decorative functionality.
