Chrysanthemum White Chrysanthemum

Field Performance and Cultivation

The 'White Daisy' (Bila Romashka) chrysanthemum is a proud product of the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden, perfectly adapted to the Ukrainian climate. When cultivated, this variety demonstrates predictable performance: the active flowering phase occurs in September, allowing for precise harvesting schedules tailored to the peak autumn season.

Technical Specifications and Resilience

• Frost Resistance: This variety exhibits high cold tolerance, which minimizes crop loss risks during early autumn frosts. Winter survival in open ground is high with standard protection measures.
• Cut Flower Quality: The medium-sized flower (5–10 cm) is ideal for commercial floristry. The stem has sufficient structural integrity, simplifying both logistics and post-harvest handling.
• Maintenance: The crop is low-maintenance, though achieving the target flower diameter requires consistent irrigation and timely fertilization during the budding stage.

Usage

Choosing 'White Daisy' is a sound decision for both landscape design and high-intensity cut flower production. The variety is easy to manage, requires no complex technological interventions, and consistently yields marketable blooms under standard agronomic conditions.
