Celery Apollo

APOLLO is a mid-late variety of root celery, intended for growing in open ground. The plant has a powerful leaf apparatus with erect dark green leaves about 45 cm long, ensuring good development and high productivity of the crop. The rootstock has an oval shape and is characterized by a dense internal structure without internal cavities, which is an important quality indicator.

The APOLLO variety is characterized by a high content of dry matter, which positively affects the taste qualities and nutritional value of the rootstocks. During processing, celery retains its white color, making it attractive for use fresh and in cooking. Thanks to these properties, celery is suitable both for fresh markets and for long-term storage.

This variety is distinguished by excellent keeping qualities, which allows maintaining the commercial appearance and quality of rootstocks for a long time after harvest. APOLLO is a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners seeking to obtain a stable and high-quality crop of root celery with good taste characteristics and high storage resistance.
