Early, high-yielding leaf celery variety. The plant is vigorous, forms leaves after 30-40 days. Leaves are dark green, very aromatic and tender. The variety is characterized by good regrowth of greens after periodic cutting. Recommended for fresh consumption, as well as for drying and freezing. Celery leaves are rich in vitamin C and trace elements, making them indispensable in dietary nutrition. They are also used as a seasoning for meat and vegetable dishes, sauces.
