The maturation period from full germination to technical maturity is 160-180 days, allowing for a stable harvest throughout the season.

The yield reaches 3-4 kg per square meter, making it attractive for cultivation in various climatic conditions. The roots contain mineral salts and essential oils, which means consuming celery helps eliminate salts from the body and improves overall tone.
