Carrot variety EAR SPRINKLE is a high-yielding mid-season hybrid, maturing in 105-110 days and intended for universal use. The roots have a cylindrical shape with a blunt tip, are fully buried in the soil, which prevents the appearance of green 'shoulders'. They differ in intense orange color, reach lengths up to 23 cm and a mass of 200-210 g. The carrot flesh is tender, juicy, and sweet, with a high carotene content, making it especially valuable for baby food, as well as for making juices and purees. The EAR SPRINKLE hybrid is characterized by high yield, good cold hardiness, and excellent storability, which allows for long-term storage of roots without loss of quality. Due to its excellent taste, juiciness, and sweetness, the carrot is suitable for early sowing to obtain bunch products. Sowing is recommended in late April – early May in furrows 1-2 cm deep with a spacing between plants of 1-2 cm and rows 15-20 cm apart. After seedling emergence, two thinning stages are conducted to ensure optimal space for root growth. Care of the sowing includes regular loosening of the rows until the rows close, weeding, watering, and 3-4 top dressings with mineral fertilizers. If necessary, plant protection means against diseases and pests are used. Harvest is carried out in September-October before the first frosts, which ensures good storage of carrots during the winter period.
