Newton carrot is a high-quality variety that combines the best characteristics of early and mid-season hybrids. This variety is distinguished by its high adaptability to various soil types and climatic conditions, making it universal and suitable for both novice and experienced farmers. The maturation period varies from 85 to 110 days depending on growing conditions and harvest goals, allowing for both early produce and root crops suitable for long-term storage.

Newton carrot root crops have a conical or cylindrical shape with a blunt tip, measuring 14 to 20 cm in length and weighing 120 to 190 grams. Their color is a rich orange-yellow, the pulp is juicy and crisp with a pleasant sweet taste. The core of the root crops is small and tender, which improves taste qualities and makes the carrot especially attractive for fresh consumption, juice and salad preparation, as well as processing into puree and canning.

The variety is distinguished by its high resistance to bolting and leaflessness, ensuring a stable yield up to 40 tons per hectare. Thanks to the foliage structure, harvest is easy and efficient. Carrots harvested in September-October store well for 4-6 months without loss of taste and quality, making them an excellent choice for fresh market sales and long-term storage.
