Raspberry Caramel carrot belongs to medium-late varieties with a maturity period of 110–120 days. This variety stands out with its unusual appearance: the elongated-conical, pointed root crop is 20–23 cm long and 4–5 cm in diameter, featuring a raspberry-purple crown that slightly protrudes above the ground. The carrot's flesh is raspberry-red on the cut surface, characterized by a bright aroma and high sweetness, making this variety one of the tastiest and most aromatic among carrots.

Raspberry Caramel carrot yields a mass of root crops from 100 to 190 grams and high productivity—from 5.9 to 7.9 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to bolting and cracking, ensuring the preservation and quality of the harvest. Due to the high sugar content and good storability, the root crops can be stored for up to 7–8 months, allowing for their use over a long period.

This variety is ideal for fresh consumption and home processing. Thanks to its bright color and attractive shape, Raspberry Caramel carrot is widely used in culinary carving—artistic vegetable carving, which allows creating original vegetable compositions.
