KASPIY

Kaspiy F1 Carrot is an early Shantane-type hybrid with a 90-100 day vegetative period, designed to produce high-quality commercial crop. The roots have a conical cylindrical shape with a blunt tip, about 16 cm long, in a rich dark orange color without a green edge at the base of the leaves. Average fruit weight ranges from 130 to 200 grams, with a small core, ensuring an attractive appearance and high uniformity of the produce. The flesh is dense, juicy, and sweet, with approximately 11.1% dry matter and 8.1% sugars, making the carrot ideal for fresh consumption and processing, including juice production.

The Kaspiy hybrid is distinguished by high resistance to cracking and bolting, which significantly enhances its commercial value and reduces losses during mechanized harvesting. It adapts well to various soil types and possesses resistance to viral diseases, as well as immunity to a range of pathogens. Thanks to these qualities, Kaspiy carrot is suitable for both industrial cultivation and home garden plots.

The surface of the roots is smooth, without rugosity, with a short root tail and a small neck at the base of the leaves. For successful cultivation, the use of phosphorus-potassium fertilizers is recommended, which is characteristic of root crops. Kaspiy F1 Carrot is versatile in application, allowing to produce high-quality products for the fresh market and processing, as well as ensuring good storage for a short period.
