The variety has excellent taste and aroma, making it suitable for various purposes.

Francis is highly resistant to cracking and suitable for mechanical harvesting, simplifying the harvesting process. Due to its qualities, this variety’s carrots are ideal for processing and long-term storage, retaining their flavor and quality over an extended period.

For successful cultivation, use loose, fertile soil with good water retention and aeration. The best preceding crops for planting Francis carrots are legumes, garlic, onions, and tomatoes, while it is not recommended to plant after dill, parsley, or celery.
