The 'SOLOMON' carrot variety is a late-maturing super-large hybrid of Siberian selection, characterized by large roots that are 25-27 cm long and weigh up to 300 g. The root shape is cylindrical or elongated-conical with a slightly pointed tip, featuring an intense orange coloration both externally and internally. The pulp is very juicy, with high content of dry matter (12.3-15.7%), total sugars (7.2-8.7%), and carotene (up to 16.4 mg per 100 g of raw product), ensuring excellent taste qualities.

The variety has high storability and can be stored until the end of spring, making it convenient for long-term storage and use during the winter period. 'SOLOMON' carrots are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for processing: canning, freezing, juice preparation, and bunch products. Thanks to high marketability (68-91%) and average yield from 229 to 416 c/ha, this hybrid is in demand among gardeners and in industrial cultivation.
