The roots have a proper cylindrical or conical shape, 12 to 16 cm long, with a smooth surface and rich orange-red flesh. The flesh is dense, juicy, and very sweet, with a high beta-carotene content, making this variety especially beneficial for children's and dietary nutrition, as well as for juice and puree preparation.

The variety exhibits high resistance to green shoulders, cracking, and bolting, ensuring excellent storability and long-term storage. Thanks to its strong leaf apparatus and adaptation to open-field cultivation, Bonfire carrot is suitable for mechanical harvesting and demonstrates stable yields. Root weights vary from 100 to 200 grams, making them convenient for various uses.

Bonfire is versatile in application: it can be consumed fresh, used for canning, freezing, and processing into juices. Harvesting can begin as early as 80-90 days after sowing, allowing efficient seasonal planning and obtaining a high-quality product with a pleasant sweet taste and high nutritional value.
