SPRING BEAUTY

White cabbage of the 'Spring Beauty' variety is an early-maturing variety with a vegetation period of about 105 days. The heads have a flattened-round shape, are green, have a diameter of up to 20 cm and weigh from 2 to 2.5 kg. The leaves fit tightly together, forming a compact rosette with a diameter of about 40 cm. The taste of the cabbage is tender, crisp and slightly sweet, which makes it attractive for consumption both fresh and thermally processed.

This variety is distinguished by high resistance to most diseases and is suitable for growing in both open and closed ground. For successful growing, it is recommended to use fertile, non-acidic soil, provide regular watering with an interval of 3-4 days and choose sunny or semi-shaded areas. Sowing seeds is carried out from March to May, and planting is in April-May. The yield is an average of 4-5 kg per square meter, and the harvest begins in July.
