Cabbage SPRING BEAUTY

Professional choice for extended storage

The «Vesenyaya Krasavitsa» (Spring Beauty) white cabbage by Sedek is a strategic asset for commercial farms aiming for consistent supply throughout the winter and spring seasons. With a maturation period of 90-100 days post-transplanting, this variety is perfectly suited for intensive cultivation schedules, ensuring harvest completion before the onset of autumn frosts.

Agro-technical excellence

The primary value of this hybrid lies in its exceptional storage capability. In a well-managed vegetable storehouse, the heads maintain their density and marketability for up to 6-8 months. This gives producers a clear competitive advantage: the flexibility to sell during periods of peak market demand rather than at the peak of the harvest season.

• Marketability: The round-flat heads, weighing between 2.0 and 3.0 kg, represent the "gold standard" for retail chains and wholesale markets, making logistics and grading straightforward.
• Quality: Designed for the fresh market, it offers crisp texture and excellent flavor, consistently satisfying consumer expectations.
• Proven Genetics: Developed by Sedek’s team, the variety offers high predictability and genetic purity, essential for industrial-scale operations.

Cultivation insights for growers

To reach the target weight of 3 kg, it is essential to adhere to recommended planting densities and ensure consistent irrigation during the head-filling stage. This is the period when the internal structure—the key to its impressive shelf life—is formed. «Vesenyaya Krasavitsa» is favored by farms that prioritize a reliable, standardized product that can be sold gradually over a long period. By choosing this variety, you invest in a crop that minimizes storage loss and maximizes profit margins in the off-season.
