SUGAR HEAD

Sugar Head is a late-maturing variety of white cabbage, with a vegetation period ranging from 130 to 150 days. The plant is characterized by a powerful and spreading leaf rosette with a diameter of about 80 cm and a bush height of approximately 40 cm. The leaves are large, light green in color with a waxy coating and slightly wavy edges, possessing high juiciness and a crisp texture. The heads are round-flat in shape, dense and uniform in size, weighing from 3 to 4.5 kg, with white juicy pulp and a sweet taste, making the variety universal for various methods of use.

This cabbage variety is distinguished by high productivity and resistance to diseases such as bacteriosis, fusarium, and clubroot, ensuring a stable yield. The heads have a short outer and medium inner stalk, which facilitates their processing and preparation. Thanks to its dense structure and high content of vitamins, organic acids, and beneficial substances, the cabbage is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and salting.

Sugar Head stores well for a long time - up to 6-8 months, which allows using it as food until spring. The light green color and thin leaf texture make this variety attractive for culinary processing. The seeds of the variety belong to the elite class and do not contain GMOs, which confirms the high quality of the planting material.
