Description
ZALP is a mid-season cabbage hybrid that forms a leaf rosette with a diameter of 60-70 cm. The leaves are green with a bluish bloom and wavy edges, giving the plant an attractive appearance. The head of this hybrid is compact, smooth, flat-round, weighing from 2 to 3 kg, with good internal structure.
This hybrid is distinguished by its excellent taste, high sugar content and juiciness, making it particularly valuable for use in fresh salads and quick pickling. Due to its resistance to mosaic virus and fusarium, ZALP demonstrates high commercial yield and uniformity of heads, which facilitates its cultivation and subsequent processing.
ZALP is suitable for long-term storage and is recommended for pickling and processing, especially for making vitamin salads. Its versatility and high quality make this hybrid an excellent choice for both home use and commercial cultivation.
