Description Artek
Artek — a mid-season hybrid of white cabbage, maturing in 95–105 days after transplanting seedlings. The head is dense, round-shaped, with a white core and short inner stalk. Average head weight ranges from 2 to 3 kg. This hybrid is resistant to fusarium, enhancing its reliability during cultivation.

Artek cabbage is suitable for processing and culinary industries, making it a versatile product for various applications. For optimal growth, seedlings should be transplanted in early July, with seeds germinating at temperatures from +5°C to +20°C. Recommended planting density is 45–50 thousand plants per hectare.

For successful cultivation, Artek thrives best in loamy soils with high organic matter content, which should be moist or irrigated. Suitable predecessors include perennial grasses, legumes, winter crops, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and carrots. Replanting cabbage on the same site is not recommended before 4–5 years to avoid diseases and soil depletion. In nutrient-poor soils, organic and mineral fertilizers are required; acidic soils are unsuitable due to the risk of clubroot.
