Shanghai cabbage is a medium-early leaf variety, maturing within 50-55 days from the emergence of seedlings. This variety is characterized by a wide-elliptical head shape, light green color, and a weight up to 1.5 kg. The leaves are of medium size, approximately 40 cm long and 18-27 cm wide, have a strongly wrinkled structure, and offer excellent taste qualities.

Shanghai cabbage leaves are rich in vitamins and mineral salts, making this variety particularly suitable for fresh consumption.
