Tasty is freeze-dried bilberry obtained from the fruits of the perennial shrub Aelita Bilberry. The shrub reaches a height of up to 1 meter and is characterized by upright cylindrical branches. The berries have an elongated shape, up to 1.2 cm in length, blue in color with a bluish bloom, and weigh up to 0.8 g.
Freeze-dried bilberry retains all the beneficial properties of fresh berries: vitamins C and K, antioxidants, fiber (2.4 g per 100 g), and micro- and macro-elements. Thanks to this, the product contributes to improved vision, memory, and digestion. The recommended serving size is 15–20 g per day.
