EFSI 13 122 is a tall highbush blueberry variety reaching up to two meters in height and characterized by a strong spreading bush structure. The berries are of medium size (approx. 2 g), have a flattened shape, dark blue color, and medium skin thickness. The taste is sweet with a distinct aroma and firm flesh.
The variety is distinguished by high yield: on average, one can collect 4 to 6 kg of fruit per plant, and the total yield per hectare is about 125.7 c/hectare. The fruit ripens in mid-July to early August, making it suitable for mechanical harvesting. EFSI 13 122 tolerates drought and frost well, as well as being resistant to various diseases and root rot.
The nutritional value of the berries includes 9.9% sugar, 0.55% acidity, and 9.7% vitamin C. Thanks to these properties, the blueberry is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing into canned goods, jams, or juices. The bush is not affected by pests and diseases, ensuring stable growth and high-quality harvest.
