Operational tips for mowing

The first thing to notice is the vigorous regrowth rate after mowing. For the operator, this means tight control over the mowing frequency. When using rotary mowers, sharp blades are essential for 'Yubileynaya' to ensure a clean cut without tearing the delicate leaves.

Maintenance and adaptability

• Irrigation: The variety is highly responsive to regular watering. During dry spells, the root system requires consistent moisture to maintain its lush appearance; otherwise, decorative quality drops quickly.
• Hardiness: Winter hardiness is excellent. After typical regional winters, the turf breaks dormancy evenly with minimal winterkill.
• Fertilization: The grass responds well to spring nitrogen application, but it is crucial to avoid over-fertilizing to prevent excessive biomass growth, which would necessitate more frequent mowing.

Regarding turf repair: this variety recovers well when overseeding is required to fix patchy areas. Provided the soil temperature is stable, germination is consistent. This makes 'Yubileynaya' a dependable tool for professional landscaping where long-term durability and predictable performance are the top priorities.
