Description Zironyka
Sparagaceous bean variety "Zironyka" is a medium-maturing culture with a period from germination to technical pod maturity of 41 to 55 days. Plants are compact, bushy, about 35-40 cm tall, making them convenient for cultivation on dacha plots. Pods are light green, 9.6 to 15 cm long, fleshy, fiber-free, ensuring a tender taste and pleasant texture when consumed.

This bean variety is characterized by high yield: 190 to 200 pods form on one plant. Due to synchronized ripening and the ability to quickly form new pods upon timely harvest, up to five harvests can be obtained per season. "Zironyka" is versatile in use — suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and freezing. The bean contains high levels of protein, vitamins A, B, C, as well as mineral salts and sugars, making it a nutritious and beneficial product.

"Zironyka" bean is easy to grow, moisture-loving and heat-loving, yet resistant to cold during germination. Sowing can be done from April 20 to July 31, with a seeding rate of 5.5 g per 1 m². Under proper storage conditions, seeds retain viability for up to three years. Besides culinary merits, this variety is valued as a decorative plant and contributes to soil enrichment with nitrogen and nutrients, positively affecting subsequent crops.
