GENERALSKAYA

The 'GeneralSKAYA' parsley variety is a mid-season root variety with a maturation period of 95 to 105 days, intended for summer and autumn consumption. The leaf rosette is semi-upright, which ensures convenient harvesting of greens. The root crops have a medium size, an inverted triangular shape, white color, and a length of 15 to 18 cm, with a weight of 30 to 100 grams. The pulp is fleshy, slightly sweet with a strong spicy aroma, which makes them particularly valuable for culinary use.

The variety is distinguished by high yield and excellent taste qualities, as well as a rich content of vitamins and mineral salts, which contributes to strengthening health. 'GeneralSKAYA' parsley is suitable for drying and freezing, which allows preserving its beneficial properties and aroma for a long time. The greens have good aroma and can be used both fresh and processed.

Agrotechnology of cultivation includes sowing in several terms — at the end of April-begins of May, at the end of June, and in October-November, to a depth of 1-2 cm with a distance between rows of 20-30 cm. Sowing is recommended to be mulched with peat to retain moisture. Care for plants consists of double thinning with leaving 8-10 cm between plants, fertilizing after thinning, timely watering and weeding. Greens are cut as they grow, which ensures a constant supply of fresh product. The biological viability of seeds with proper storage is up to 3 years.
