SPRING MIRACLE

The Basil variety 'Spring Miracle' is a medium-maturing plant with a period from germination to the beginning of commercial readiness of 56-60 days. Bushes reach a height of 35-40 cm, have dense foliage and large dark green leaves, which remain juicy and fragrant for a long time. The mass of one plant ranges from 205 to 350 grams, and the yield of greens reaches 2.3-2.7 kg per square meter. This variety is distinguished by its ability to quickly regrow leaves and shoots after cutting, allowing for multiple harvests per season.

'Spring Miracle' has a bright lemon-mint aroma, which makes it indispensable for use in cooking. Leaves and young shoots are used as a spice-flavoring additive in fresh and dried form, imparting a special taste to sauces, soups, salads, and are also used for preserving vegetables. In addition, infusions and teas made from basil leaves promote improved digestion, boost mood and help relieve fatigue, anxiety and depression.

For growing basil, it is recommended to sow seeds for seedlings 1.5-2 months before transplanting into open ground, to a depth of 1.5-2 cm. Plants are transplanted after spring frosts with a distance between bushes of 20-25 cm. The tops of plants and flowering stalks are regularly pinched to stimulate further growth and extend the harvesting period. The variety is well suited for pot culture and can be grown at home throughout the winter.
