Natalka-Poltavka

Natalka‑Poltavka is a compact annual shrub reaching a height of 55–60 cm, with an upright and wind-resistant growth habit. Its large carmine-red flowers, with a diameter up to 14–16 cm, create a striking visual impact and attract attention in the garden or on the beds.

Flowering begins in mid-August and continues until the onset of cold weather, providing a long-lasting decorative effect. Seeds are sown in a greenhouse or hotbed in March–April, or directly into the ground in April–May; at temperatures of 18–20 °C, a seedling appears within 6–15 days.

The shrub prefers well-lit sunny areas and fertile soil. Due to its compact nature, it is ideal for planting on garden beds, in group compositions, and as cut flower material. This makes Natalka‑Poltavka a versatile choice for both home gardens and professional landscape projects.
