Flamir Red / Flámir červená

Flamir Red – an annual asters, columnar piece with compact and dense growth. The plant height is 55–60 cm, base diameter – 35–40 cm, making it an ideal element for small flower beds and borders. Stems are strong, erect 33–40 cm long, up to ten double-flowered flowers with a diameter of 9–10 cm may appear on each of them. Flowers have a light pink or deep red hue, resembling peonies, and bloom at the end of the second half of September, providing long flowering from July to September.

For growing Flamir Red, it is recommended to sow seeds at a depth of 0.5–1 cm at the end of April or beginning of May. With moist soil, seedlings appear within 7–8 days after planting. Plants prefer sunny locations and fertile, well-drained soils; with moderate watering they develop quickly, but excessive moisture can lead to "black leg" disease. After flowering ends, the plant should be transplanted annually to a new location to protect it from fusarium.
