Description Petite Rubinrot
Petite Rubinrot is a large-flowered aster with vivid burgundy inflorescences reaching a diameter of 14–16 cm and a bush height of 65 to 75 cm. The flowers feature long, needle-like petals slightly twisted in a spiral, giving them an exquisite appearance. The plant forms a pyramidal structure with 7–9 sturdy flower stems that are resilient to rain and frost.

This aster is perfect for creating decorative compositions in garden flower beds, along borders and edging, and also serves as excellent material for cutting. It prefers a sunny open location but can grow in partial shade. The plant is undemanding: it requires loosening the topsoil, moderate watering, and weed control.

Petite Rubinrot boasts a long flowering period – from August to November, sometimes until the end of October in warmer climatic conditions. The mature plant can reach a height of 1–1.5 m, yet in the R9 (0.7 l) container it maintains a compact size. Thanks to its resistance to pests and diseases, as well as frost hardiness, this plant easily fits into any garden design.
