Description Jeramisu
Jeramisu apple — a late-ripening dessert variety developed in Italy in 1998 by crossing Jonathan and Melba varieties. Fruits ripen from mid-September to mid-October and are characterized by large size, weighing from 150 to 250 grams. The apples have a truncated-conical, symmetrical shape with clearly defined five facets and a rich dark red or purplish-red color with a glossy, thin, yet tough skin adorned with fine birdseye patterns. The flesh is creamy, crisp, slightly fibrous, very juicy and sweet with a mild tartness, possessing a rich and harmonious flavor with multiple nuances.
