Apple JOCOS

Reliable Autumn Harvest

«Jokos» by the Crimean Fruit Company is a choice for orchardists focused on obtaining high-quality commercial produce during the autumn season. The cultivar demonstrates excellent performance in orchards located in regions with moderately cold winters, thanks to its strong winter hardiness. As a medium-sized tree, it requires minimal effort for canopy management, which significantly streamlines pruning and harvesting operations.

Agrotechnical Features and Application

• Marketing Timing: The fruits are suitable for consumption throughout the autumn and maintain commercial appeal during storage for up to 3-4 months. This allows for optimized sales logistics, avoiding the typical market saturation of early September.
• Form and Marketability: With a shape ranging from round to elongated-round-conical, these apples possess an attractive appearance, which is a critical success factor for retail and direct distribution channels.
• Resilience: Its strong winter hardiness makes the cultivar predictable in professional production, reducing the risks of productivity loss following severe climatic periods.

This variety fits optimally into intensive and semi-intensive cultivation technologies. It is chosen by producers who prioritize the balance between simple tree maintenance and the fruit's ability to withstand transport without loss of quality. «Jokos» is the solution for those seeking a predictable autumn cultivar that meets the market demand for dessert-quality apples.
