The 'Priiskovskoe' apple variety is an autumn variety of Ural selection, developed at the South-Ural Institute of Pomology and Potato Growing by crossing the 'Ural'skoe nalivnoye' and 'Ural'skoe zimneye' varieties. The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of up to 4 meters, with a medium-density rounded crown. The fruits have an average weight of about 84 grams, are round-flat in shape, colored greenish-yellow with a blurred brownish-red blush that covers most of the fruit. The flesh is white, dense, juicy, and has a tart-sweet taste, with a tasting score ranging from 4 to 4.4 points, indicating good flavor. The fruits ripen in the second half of September and can be stored until December, ensuring a long consumption period. The chemical composition of the apples is characterized by a dry matter content of about 14.8%, 11.1% sugars, 0.42% acids, and 14 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams. The variety yields an average harvest of approximately 12.2 tons per hectare. The variety is adapted to the conditions of the Sverdlovsk region and other regions of the Urals. The 'Priiskovskoe' apple tree is characterized by early fruiting, with the beginning of fruiting occurring in the 2nd-3rd year after planting. The fruits are of universal purpose, suitable for both fresh consumption and storage. The tree has a rounded crown, large leaves that are elliptical and long-tapered. The variety is noted for the good storability of fruits until the end of winter, making it attractive for gardeners seeking a quality harvest with a long storage period.
