Zucchini Soraya

The Soraya zucchini variety is an early-ripening, high-yield variety that is distinguished by its compact bush type of plant with abundant flowering. The plant is heat-loving and is recommended for sowing in the ground after the frosts, usually at the end of April to early May, to a depth of 5-6 cm with row spacing of about 70 cm. This variety does not require special care during cultivation, especially in regions with a moderate climate, which makes it convenient for gardeners and farmers.

The fruits of the Soraya zucchini have a cylindrical shape and a dark green color with a thin skin. Their length usually ranges from 18 to 25 cm, and the weight varies from 0.5 to 1 kg. The flesh of the fruits is white, dense, tender, and juicy, possessing high culinary qualities. Thanks to these characteristics, zucchinis are suitable for various types of culinary processing, including home cooking and canning.

One of the important features of the variety is its high resistance to powdery mildew, which ensures stable fruiting even under unfavorable weather conditions. In addition, the variety is able to form large fruits that can reach a length of up to 50 cm and a weight of 2 to 4 kg, although medium-sized fruits are more common. Soraya zucchinis are rich in vitamin C and minerals, which makes them a useful and tasty addition to the diet.
