Description BELUKHA
The BELUKHA zucchini variety is an early-maturing bush variety distinguished by high yield and good adaptability to various climatic conditions. The plant is compact, slightly ribbed, with cylindrical elongated fruits weighing from 0.5 to 1.2 kg. The fruits have a light green color with mottled spotting at technical maturity, while the flesh is creamy-white, dense, tender, and very juicy, without cavities, ensuring excellent taste qualities. Seeds are recommended to be sown directly into the soil after the threat of late frosts, or seedlings can be grown for an early harvest.

The BELUKHA variety is characterized by rapid maturity—the first fruits appear as early as 40-45 days after germination. Yields in the first week of fruiting reach 2.9 kg per square meter, while the total yield over the entire harvesting period ranges from 8.3 to 11 kg per square meter. The commercial quality of the fruits is high—around 95%. The plant is resistant to bacterial spot and downy mildew, making it a reliable choice for growing in various regions.

For successful cultivation of the variety, it is recommended to follow a planting scheme of 100x100 cm and a seed sowing depth of 3-5 cm. For early planting or transplanting seedlings into open ground, temporary film covering is advisable. To increase yield, it is necessary to regularly till the soil and ensure moderate watering, while applying complex mineral fertilizers during flowering and fruit filling. Harvesting is carried out as fruits ripen. The variety is excellently suited for home cooking and winter preservation, such as canned caviar and pickling.
