SPAGHETTI RAVIOLO ZUCCHINI

The Spaghetti Raviolet zucchini variety is a medium-maturing or medium-late variety with a unique feature — when cooked, the pulp breaks down into strands resembling spaghetti. The fruits have a cylindrical shape, yellow color, and dense, juicy pulp with a slight sweetness. The fruit weight ranges from 0.7 to 2.2 kg, and the length reaches up to 30 cm. The zucchini skin is hard, which ensures good fruit preservation.

The variety has high yields, ranging from 5 to 10 kg per square meter. Sowing seeds is recommended in late May — early June with a planting scheme of 70x50 cm, while no more than three bushes per square meter are advisable. The harvest is collected twice a week by cutting zucchinis 15-20 cm long, which promotes continuous fruiting and maintains fruit quality.

Seeds of the Spaghetti Raviolet variety, of European selection, are characterized by good germination and viability, making them suitable for both novice gardeners and experienced horticulturists. The fruits of this variety are excellent for various culinary purposes, including making pizza, salads, and other dishes, thanks to their unusual texture and taste.
