Description

The Buratino zucchini variety is an early-maturing zucchini, ripening 38-42 days from seedling emergence to the first harvest. The plant is bushy, compact, with a large number of female flowers, which contributes to high yield. Leaves are bright green, large, and ruffled, giving the plant high decorative value. Fruits are elongated-cylindrical in shape, cream or off-white-yellow in color with diffuse speckling, with an average weight of 0.4 to 0.8 kg. The taste of the fruits is rated as good and excellent, making the variety attractive to consumers.

Growing Buratino zucchini is possible both by sowing seedlings and by direct sowing into the ground. Sowing for seedlings is recommended in April, followed by transplanting into the ground in May-June. For direct sowing, seeds are sown at the end of May-June. The plant responds well to the application of organic fertilizers, which increases yield. The recommended planting scheme is 60x60 cm, which provides optimal space for bush development.

The variety is characterized by good drought resistance and stable yield, reaching 5-7 kg per plant. Commercial fruit yield according to research data is 327-485 centners per hectare, corresponding to the standards of well-known varieties. Seeds are elliptical, medium-sized, off-white in color. Due to the combination of early maturity, decorative value, and taste qualities, Buratino zucchini is an excellent choice for growing in private subsidiary holdings and household plots.
