Description Zustrich
Zustrich — a variety of winter soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), intended for cultivation in the North Caucasus region, particularly in Stavropol Krai. This medium-early and medium-height variety is characterized by a vegetation period of 234 to 267 days and a thousand-grain weight of 35–47 grams. The yield of this variety can reach 91.7 centners per hectare, making it an attractive choice for farmers aiming for high productivity.

The Zustrich variety exhibits good drought resistance, which is particularly important for planting in dry areas. It is moderately susceptible to septoria, but vulnerable to brown rust, snow mold, and Fusarium ear blight. Despite this, the bread-making qualities of the grain remain at a good level, ensuring high quality of the final product.

The seeds of Zustrich wheat are distinguished by high quality and germination, confirmed by experienced farmers. They are suitable for various climatic conditions and soil types, broadening their application potential. Using this variety allows obtaining a stable and high-quality yield that meets the requirements of modern agriculture.
