Winter wheat Zluka — a medium-early, intensive-type variety, characterized by high frost and winter hardiness. This variety shows moderate drought resistance and resistance to lodging, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. Plants of medium height (95–100 cm) with 1000-grain weight ranging from 37.5 to 43 grams, meeting high-quality standards for soft wheat.

Zluka is characterized by high productivity with potential yields ranging from 7.8 to 12.0 tons per hectare. To achieve maximum performance, it is recommended to cultivate using intensive technology with optimal doses of mineral fertilizers. Sowing rate is 5.5–6.0 million viable seeds per hectare, depending on the zone and soil moisture. To prevent lodging, growth regulators should be applied, and protection against pests and diseases should be implemented, especially after emergence and during the booting stage, using fungicides such as Alto Super, Falcon, or Folikur.

The variety is resistant to powdery mildew, brown rust, and peronosporosis, as well as to lodging and premature germination of grain. For high yields, it is recommended to apply urea at a rate of 10–15 kg of active ingredient per hectare during the booting to milk ripening stage. All these features make wheat Zluka a reliable choice for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones using intensive agronomic practices.
