Wheat Svitilo

Stable Yields in Challenging Climates

Winter wheat "Svitilo" from the Ukrainian breeder "Rasava" is the top choice for agronomists who prioritize predictability. In the Ukrainian climate, where spring droughts and sudden temperature fluctuations have become the norm, this variety demonstrates remarkable adaptability. With a plant height of 80–90 cm, the crop shows excellent resistance to lodging, which is crucial for those utilizing intensive cultivation technologies.

Phytosanitary Reliability

The main advantage of this variety lies in its complex resistance to key pathogens that typically cause significant yield losses. "Svitilo" robustly withstands:

• Leaf rust;
• Septoria;
• Fusarium head blight;
• Powdery mildew.

Such genetic protection allows farmers to optimize fungicide costs, effectively lowering the cost of production without sacrificing grain quality.

Economic Efficiency

With a yield potential of 6–7 tons per hectare under proper management, "Svitilo" is an attractive option for both medium and large-scale farming operations. Its ability to produce 4.5–5.0 million productive stems per hectare creates a dense canopy that naturally suppresses weeds during the early stages of vegetation. This is more than just wheat; it is an effective tool for achieving high profitability on Ukrainian soils.

Why Choose This Variety?

"Svitilo" is optimal for farmers aiming to minimize risks. If you are looking for a variety that offers flexibility in sowing dates and maintains stable results even with moderate mineral fertilization, the "Rasava" seed portfolio is a reliable solution for your crop rotation.
