Maize RGT HEXXAGONE

RGT HEXXAGONE corn is a medium-maturing, high-yielding dent-type hybrid developed by RAGT Semences. This variety is characterized by high yield and stability under various climatic conditions, including forest-steppe and steppe zones. The hybrid has a 1000-seed weight ranging from 360-380 grams, medium plant height, and row counts of 38-42 kernels per row and 18-20 rows per ear. Recommended planting density varies depending on the growing region, enabling optimized yield under adequate, insufficient, and drought conditions. HEXXAGONE exhibits high cold and drought resistance, ensuring rapid early growth and resilience to adverse weather. The hybrid displays high resistance to stalk and ear fusarium, significantly reducing yield losses due to disease. Its herbicide protection system is conventional, allowing effective weed control without harming the crop. Thanks to its strong root system and adaptability to various soil types, the hybrid performs consistently even under challenging conditions. For maximum productivity, optimal planting timing at temperatures between 8-14°C and fertilizer application are recommended to ensure proper root development. Soil moisture control and adherence to recommended planting density help prevent water stress and plant competition. The quality of HEXXAGONE's grain allows its use for both animal feed and processing, making this variety a versatile and profitable choice for farmers seeking sustainable and efficient agriculture.
