Wheat Gorizont

The winter wheat variety 'Gorizont' is a high-yielding and disease-resistant variety developed by breeders of the Odessa Selection Private Institute. This glumeless variety is characterized by high productivity and excellent baking qualities, making it popular among farmers in various regions of Ukraine. Due to its immune resistance, 'Gorizont' can produce abundant yields even under risky farming conditions, both on favorable and moderate agroclimates.

The variety's key feature is its high resistance to major diseases, which allows minimizing the use of plant protection products and reducing agrotechnical costs. This quality makes 'Gorizont' a reliable choice for farmers aiming for a stable and high-quality harvest at optimal costs. The variety is successfully grown under various climatic conditions, as evidenced by its widespread cultivation from the Odessa region to Slobozhanshchyna.

The company 'Agrofirm-Gorizont', specializing in the cultivation of cereal crops including wheat, owns a land bank of 16,000 hectares in the Khmelnytskyi region. Founded in 2008 under the leadership of Oleg Grom, the company actively implements modern breeding developments and technologies, ensuring high product quality and stable yields.
