Wheat LIGA 1

Winter wheat LIGA 1 is a universal variety intended for cultivation in the Forest-steppe and Steppe zones. This medium-maturing variety is characterized by high resistance to extremely dry conditions, making it a reliable choice for regions with a changeable climate. The head of LIGA 1 is awn-bearing, white, of a medium-density bearded form, with a potential for grain formation in 3-4 florets, resulting in grain of varying calibers and an oval red color.

The variety is characterized by a high level of productive tillering - from 720 to 840 shoots per square meter, which contributes to achieving high yields ranging from 7.8 to 11.8 tons per hectare, exceeding national standards by 12-13%. The vegetation period is about 277-285 days, and plant height reaches 78-81 cm. The mass of 1000 grains is approximately 40.8 grams. An important characteristic of the variety is the protein content at 13.6% and gluten from 26.4 to 27.7%, which ensures high grain quality.

LIGA 1 is suitable for cultivation following various predecessors and agrotechnical technologies, demonstrating stability with various sowing dates. The variety belongs to the erythrospermum type, which additionally underscores its adaptability and high technological indicators. Thanks to its qualities and universality, LIGA 1 is the optimal choice for farmers seeking to obtain a high and stable yield of wheat in diverse agroclimatic zones.
