This variety is medium-early maturing and characterized by high yield potential, reaching 10.0 tons per hectare. The grain of this variety has high protein content — from 13.6% to 14.2%, and the thousand-grain weight ranges from 37.5 to 42.0 grams. Lanoviy is a short-stemmed variety with intermediate intensity, which contributes to its resistance to various adverse factors. One of the key features of the Lanoviy variety is its high resistance to diseases and stress conditions. During research conducted from 2016 to 2020 on artificial infection backgrounds, it was found that this variety exhibits resistance to root rots, powdery mildew, brown rust, leaf septoria, and fusarium. This makes Lanoviy a reliable choice for farmers seeking to minimize yield losses due to diseases. For sowing, the recommended seeding rate for the Lanoviy variety is 4.5–5.0 million germinating seeds per hectare. This winter wheat variety is planted in autumn and is primarily used for obtaining high-quality grain.
