KULICH

KULICH is a variety of soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), characterized by mid-maturity and high yield. A distinctive feature of this variety is the natural yellow color of the bread crumb, resembling the color achieved with egg yolks. This is due to the presence of timothy translocation, which gives the product unique organoleptic properties.

The KULICH variety has high resistance to a range of diseases, including powdery bunt, brown and yellow rust, powdery mildew, and septoria, ensuring stable development and high grain quality under various climatic conditions. However, the variety is susceptible to hard bunt, which requires attention during agrotechnical measures.

KULICH wheat is recommended for cultivation in various regions, including Vologda, Kaluga, Smolensk, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk oblasts, and Krasnodar Krai. The grain of this variety is widely used in flour, bread, and other food production, thanks to its quality and yield stability.
